New Home Sales Agent-Onsite Role

As a New Home Sales Agent, you will spend your time building relationships with customers and helping them buy homes in the Mountain House development.  You will be responsible for managing all sales activities for the development, including showing properties to potential clients, answering inquiries, preparing contracts, tracking site progress and ensuring a high level of customer service.

The Role:

Present design plans and conduct guided tours of available properties for potential buyers. Be the primary contact between the prospective buyer, and stakeholders on the project to help smooth over issues that could arise.

Prepare and oversee contracts, including real estate related documents for customers purchasing a new home. 

Lead and/or assist in processing completed paperwork to result in escrows closing in a timely manner.

Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing.  

Maintain accurate records of all contracts and communications. 

Monitor and record daily customer traffic, utilizing company designated tracking tools.

Record data regularly and prepare periodic company reports in a timely manner.

Participate in the homeowner orientations required by the division. Where appropriate, work with customers on their builder option purchases.

Travel throughout the local community in order to self-generate sales from realtor/co-broker businesses, referrals and self-prospecting.

Attend sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies.




 

Qualifications: 

Active and unrestricted real estate license.

Minimum 3 years of real estate and contractual experience, including new home sales.

Deep understanding of market trends including local community.

Concise communication, strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Highly skilled in guiding a customer through the home buying process from beginning to end.

Proficiency with technology including email, smartphones, and the ability to learn Redfin and builder CRM. 

Reliable mode of transportation. The job is 100% onsite at the development.

Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Role will be required to work onsite 10am-6pm.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.

Total Potential Annual Earnings Range: $122,000-$167,000, comprised of Base Pay of $23.00/hour ($47,840 annualized) and additional variable incentive compensation.  Total Earnings will depend on varying circumstances, including individual qualifications, market conditions, and other operational business needs.
