Lots of HOURS but LOTS of money!\nPossess strong communication and negation\/closer skills\nEnjoy working as a team, high level of enthusiasm and energy\nStrong Marketing skills which include social media and other sales platforms as this will be an every day tool in your process\nQuick learner as things change in the real estate industry\nFamiliar how to create social media posts, marketplace ads, reels, and MORE\nCompetitive nature with a champion attitude\nMust have a strong follow up with all customers\nMust be able to utilize computers and CRM's (ZOHO is a plus)\nEnsure that sales and marketing strategies are developed and planned at an executive level to produce max results\nMotivate, inspire, and contribute to a winning team that works positively together\nCharismatic & charming personality\nGood communication- especially on the phone when speaking with customers\nPersuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store\nMust be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed\n\n
