David Weekley Homes is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our Portland team. We're looking for people that realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing & promoting new businessFollowing up with prospects throughout the sales processMaintaining a relationship with the Realtor communityWorking and communicating effectively with customers and team membersUnderstanding the loan processAbility to work weekends, evenings & some holidaysQualificationsPrevious new homes sales experience preferred, or 2+ years in high-end salesProven closing/negotiation skillsA proven background in prospectingStrong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to talk in picturesGreat listening skills and creative problem-solving abilitiesProactive follow-up with prospective customersSuccessful marketing strategiesA high level of enthusiasm and energyDemonstrates a high level of integrityAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individuallyStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize & multi-task
