David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our Salt Lake City team. New Home Sales Consultants will operate in new home communities throughout Salt Lake County and Utah County.
We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.
This position offers a base salary plus commission, along with comprehensive training and a great team environment!
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing & promoting new businessFollow up with prospects throughout the sales and build processMaintaining relationships with the Realtor communityWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team membersUnderstanding the home loan processQualificationsValid Utah Real Estate License is requiredPrevious new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years experience as a realtor or in high-end salesA proven background in prospectingProven closing and negotiating skillsStrong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in picturesGreat listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solutionBrings energy & enthusiasm to your workProactive follow-up with prospective customersCommitment to act with IntegrityFollow through with commitmentsAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individuallyStrong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize

Work Schedule Required: Ability to work Saturdays, evenings & some holidays
