Responsibilities/Qualifications

As a New Home Sales Representative you will be responsible for the sale and closure of new single family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. We're looking for results-driven people with the desire to make your clients dream home a reality.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sells the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotasUnderstands and utilizes all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policiesEstablishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-upAttends or hosts eventsDisplays a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilitiesGreets all prospective customers as well as demonstrates the model homeEnsures the model home site is well maintained and presentableAssists customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural optionsParticipates in weekly sales meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned

 Knowledge and Skills:

Requirements:

Proven successful track record in sales
New home sales experience preferred
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and SalesforceExcellent communication skills with strong customer focus
Experience conducting a comparative market analysisHigh school diploma required, college degree preferred

 Weekend hours required.  Excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.

 

This position is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative.
