Primary Responsibilities

In the role of New Jersey Transportation Business Group Construction Management Lead we'll count on you to:

Take responsibility for development, coordination, monitoring and improvement of technical competencies of staff and products to meet client needs and market driversOversee the growth and delivery of project services and deliverables to meet client expectations in the New Jersey construction services marketCollaborate on business class efforts with company operations, marketing and managementDevelop and lead business class practice and professional discipline groups, and project teamsPerform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or closely related fieldA minimum of 10 years of experience in transit, roadway or bridge constructionMaintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experienceExperienced in development and management of diverse teamsWorks cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class effortsCommitted to quality, improvement and HDR valuesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

Local NY/NJ candidates preferred25 years experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
