The New Nurse Graduate provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule: Potential fulltime shifts vary from four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts and are set upon hiring. Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions, job shadowing, and one-on-one skills trainingMonitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and familiesPrepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are metPerform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and proceduresOngoing patient education, training and health coaching, including relevant documentationAdminister and chart all prescribed medications under supervision of registered nurseParticipate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviewsFacilitate continuity of care with local hospitalsAssist in medication inventory maintenanceContribute to training new staff members as directedAdditional tasks as requested QualificationsSuccessful Candidates Bring:
