GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n
Provides clinical and administrative supervision of staff assigned to New Path to ensure effectiveness and consistency of therapeutic procedures, administrative procedures and adherence to corporate policies. Supports and facilitates positive and functional relationships with all appropriate New Path partners.\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nSuccessful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.\nMaster's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.\nCurrent, unrestricted LPC or LMSW State of Idaho license.\nApproved supervisor with the State of Idaho Counseling or Social Work Board or working toward supervisor status.\nMinimum 3 years clinical work experience with at least 2 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting.\nExperience working with underserved populations; knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to the special needs of homeless people and substance users.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPossess better than average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.\n\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMinimum 1-year assessment and counseling experience working within an integrated medical \/behavioral health care setting.\nMinimum 1-year experience working with a permanent supportive housing (PSH) program. \nMinimum five or more years clinical work experience with at least 3 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting.\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\n\n
