New York Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

We’re looking for experienced **Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters** with at least **2 years** of claims handling experience, in **New York regulations** . This position is responsible for managing and processing workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate decisions while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Manage a limited caseload of workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
+ Ensure compliance with New York workers' compensation laws and filing requirements.
+ Negotiate claim settlements within your authority.
+ Communicate clearly with claimants and clients.
+ Maintain accurate records in the claims system.
**Requirements:**
+ **2+ years** of **New York** workers' compensation claims experience. **(REQUIRED)**
+ Knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation Board rules.
+ Experience with Public Entity claims is a plus.
+ Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in claims software and Microsoft Office.

**Pay Details:** $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
