New Zealand: Administrator (Purchasing) - 3-Month Fixed Term

The Purchasing Division under the Materials Management Department (MMD) is seeking a motivated and organized Administrator to manage the procurement of the Pacific School's annual equipment orders. This role involves collaborating with internal school stakeholders to clarify product requirements, sourcing the best products from suppliers, utilizing Church systems to place and track orders, and coordinating with freight forwarders to book, track, and deliver goods. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team ready to assist you along the way. This is a full-time fixed-term position for three months and is based at the Pacific Area Office in Takapuna, reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager.
