KNSS Radio, Wichita’s #1 Talk, is looking for a part-time news person to fill-in and anchor newscasts approximately 12 weeks out of the year. This position is not set regular hours but instead the employee is called in when one of our other newscasters is taking a day off. This is an entry-level position that can grow over time based on the person’s abilities.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
Employee will have the opportunity to expand into other areas of our broadcast including studio operating shows/play-by-play gamesGather information and conduct interviews, then, take complex information and turn it into easy to understand copy under deadlineYou will operate a wide range of technical equipment including running an audio board and digital recording and playback QualificationsRequired & Preferred:
