Next Generation Lead Program Manager
**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a **Lead Program Manager** for an exciting opportunity developing new capabilities for the Sentinel ICBM weapon system at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. This position will assist the Government in planning and executing activities in a large acquisition program and will lead a team responsible for providing engineering oversight, IPT leadership, and program management. Responsibilities include: + Directly support government leadership and maintain strong customer relationships. + Lead a team of program managers and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to improve individual and team performance. + Assess contract performance and resource utilization to ensure progress toward program targets in schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance. + Responsible for the technical quality, content, and results of all projects. \#ASFS **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree. + 10 years (8 years with Master s degree) of experience with direct program management. + Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or technical performance in DOE 6.x or DoD ACAT programs. Due to the program s classification this position is only located at Hill AFB, Utah, and is not conducive to telework schedules. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 10 years of experience leading teams to successfully achieve technically challenging objectives. + Progressive experience in system design, integration, and analytical efforts. + ICBM-related experience. + PMP certification. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
