Their responsibilities include the following:Elicit, analyze, design, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Directly interfaces with Information Technologies' internal customers at the Individual Contributor, Manager, and Director levels.Insures the NextGen applications are implemented and maintained in line with the agreed strategy to ensure sound healthcare clinical and financial practices, including template design/development and custom report writing.Completes activities necessary to implement the module(s) applicable to the department, including assisting in the planning and refining of departmental operating policies and procedures for automation optimization, assisting in the planning of and conducting training and software testing.Identifies and assists in the resolution of issues that may arise within the department relating to the satisfactory operation of the module(s) both during and after installation. For faster process, call to -(202) 719-0200 Ext:207
