Nexus Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) PBNA Sr. Analyst
Overview As we work faster, stronger and better to realize our vision to Be the Global Leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages by Winning with Purpose, PepsiCo is embarking on several initiatives to make us more efficient and agile as a company. One key initiative is the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), a multi-year program designed to harmonize PepsiCo’s core business processes and data, enabled by the latest SAP technology. The importance of the PGT program is massive to PepsiCo’s future. The scope of EAM work includes virtually every aspect of business, spanning S4, MDG, Utopia, SAM, Chatbot as well as cross value stream partnership with MTD, PTP and RTR. As part of the journey, a North America Nexus was established to centralize, institutionalize, and continuously improve the management, accuracy, and usage across the PGT applications. We are looking to staff the Nexus team with our best associates to support these key deliverables. Responsibilities This role will implement continuous improvements, govern, and support delivery of harmonized processes successfully and sustainably, while working closely with the business and various PGT project teams to provide advisory/consultancy services. Key Accountabilities: Design and test process improvements, revisions or changes Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and solution challenges Develop a deep understanding of organizational operations and workflows. Identify sector SME’s to collaborate to deliver process improvements Create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management. Collaborate with PepsiCo stakeholders and PGT Global Process Owners Collaborate with IT to deliver SAP system enhancements and automation Prioritize within Nexus in consultation with the business Conduct budget and capacity planning Prioritize integration of all Nexus elements and management of interdependencies (pace, sequence, consistency) Provide sponsorship and accountability for implementing prioritized business led initiatives that drive the largest benefits Include impact analysis, estimation, design, and delivery oversight Requires governance within and across sectors to determined priorities Deliver expertise to reshape key capabilities required for successful, sustainable transformation Support SAP solution and capabilities Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications SAP EAM Deployment Experience (required) “Hands on” SAP EAM experience (required) Excellent knowledge of PepsiCo/PBNA plant maintenance, data and processes for legacy systems and SAP Detailed understanding and experience in SAP S4, MDG, MDaaS, SSAM and the EAM Chatbot Good understanding of the PGT EAM “as is” value stream process and data Experience implementing large projects with cross-functional teams, executing and delivering multi-year, multi-phase projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire and motivate Ability to influence at all levels of the organization including a willingness to challenge stakeholders to ensure best solution achieved Comfortable with ambiguity and understands how to make tradeoff decisions to achieve both project and business objectives Positive, resilient and motivated to change and simplify processes Effectively manages multiple, conflicting priorities Detail-oriented and organized Commercially minded and a passion to take others with you Known change agent and experience with change management What’s in it for you?
