SUMMARY

To record the invoices and expenses generated at store level via computer data entry. To give support to store personnel on accounting issues and correspond with vendors on related issues.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Responsible accurately entering vendor invoices into accounting software.Ability to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.Reconcile vendor statements.Clear communication with store team members and vendors Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);Or related experience and/or training;Or equivalent combination of education and experience;Proficiency with Office suite of products and familiarity with office equipment

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.Ability to write correspondence and communicate appropriately with others.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other associates of the organization.
