NFR Reporting Analyst - Team Leader

Senior Risk Analyst with BI Tools (Officer)

You will be an integral part of Global Operational Risk Insights and Analytics team supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Risk Management (BRM) and Compliance departments across the world-wide footprint of State Street Corporation. You will focus on leveraging firms’ data assets to deliver actionable and meaningful business insights using visualization, reporting, predictive models and AI. The idea candidate will possess a strong technology background with entry to mid level expertise in data analysis and banking. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the skills to help us deliver next-generation analytics products for our internal and external business partners.

Operational Risk Insights and Analytics team builds global capabilities and creates value added interactive reports to foster risk management decision making.  

Primary Responsibilities:

Leading and supporting design and improvement of existing business intelligent reports and products,Creating new applications, dashboards and reshaping existing ones,Drive quality and process improvement initiatives,Deliver various risk reporting activities per established procedures,Support key decision makers in developing vision for future growth of Risk Reporting Services Management Team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in data analysis with BI Tools,5+ years of professional experience in finance services industry or other relevant area according to company’s management assessment,Fluency in English,Effective both written and verbal communication skills.'
