Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking multiple Financial Management Support Services Lead and SME leveled experts who will be primarily responsible for supporting The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) CLOVER program offices located in Springfield, VA Ft. Belvoir and Arnold, Missouri, St. Louis MO. The successful Subject Matter Experts will be responsible for supporting all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, complying with the financial management operations and support the agency’s full-scope financial audit by providing analytic and administrative support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below The Financial Management Support Services Lead and SME will coordinate and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at the COR and Government PM office.Must be capable of driving regular and consistent communication and information sharing with the team.Must be able to help with identifying and keeping the team informed of relevant contractor-related information, especially significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status.Must be a Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated experience with managing proper communication, resolution plans and status briefing/reports.Must have relevant DOD and/or NGA CLOVER subject matter expert experience managing deliverables and activities at both program and technical levels. The Financial Management Support Services Lead and SME must have demonstrated experience with driving improvement for a financial management operation and the ability to support the agency’s full-scope financial audit by providing analytic and administrative support.Must be able to provide support to planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the NGA budget to include financial management systems support.Will need to drive support and assist cost realism assessments of contractor estimates submitted in response to government Requests for Change (RFC). Develop Independent Life Cycle Cost Estimates (I-LCCEs) models and documentation. As well as support improvement to the cost estimating methods and techniques through the collection, normalization and analysis of NGA cost and technical data.Must be able to assist with the defense of funding strategies and profiles for NGA Managers. As well as be experienced with reconciling funding conflicts between financial programs.Must be capable of assisting the cost realism assessments of contractor estimates submitted in response to government Requests for Change (RFC).
