Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring multiple Program Management Leaders who will be primarily responsible for supporting The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) CLOVER formerly referred to as EMERALD program offices located in Springfield, VA - Ft. Belvoir and/or Arnold, Missouri, St. Louis MO. The successful leaders will be responsible for supporting all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below The Program Manager (PM)/ Leadership will coordinate and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at the COR and Government PM office.The PM must drive regular and consistent communication and information sharing with the team.Identifying and keeping them informed of relevant contractor-related information, especially significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status.The PM will be responsible for keeping the team informed of relevant contractor-related informational changes and milestones as well as proactively identify and mitigate significant risks and issues.Must be a Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated experience with managing proper communication, resolution plans and status briefing/reports.Must have relevant DOD and/or NGA CLOVER formerly referred to as EMERALD program or Project management experience managing deliverables and activities at both program and technical levels. Must have experience with continuous program coordination and communications with government program/project managers.Must be able to provide quarterly (or more frequent) interaction/coordination with Directorate/Division at government management level. Must be familiar with providing quarterly government contract and program management reviews with the PM(s) and/or COR, and Office of Contract Services (OCS) representation, including financial, schedule, and performance updates. Must have demonstrated experience providing monthly PM/COR program status reports compiling multi-contract personnel inputs and addressing team member performance levels.Must have familiarity with providing monthly financial status report spreadsheet(s) with specific content by project/program and with contract expenditures, rates, and estimated cost at complete (EAC).Must be able to provide overall multi-strategy plan supporting every facet of the program from managing schedules and deliverables to identify risks, deliverable and modifications.
