Summary:
This position is responsible for understanding the Natural Gas Liquids business and ensuring that all scheduling processes including optimization, coordination and communication with internal and external suppliers, customers, and carriers as well as risk positioning take place in a correct and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Understand all costs incurred from origin to destination to optimize and coordinate the movement of contracted volumes with suppliers, customers, and operations teams.
· Work hand in hand with regional team managing all physical and system scheduling duties, understanding supply and demand, anticipating changes that impact inventory position, and communicating internally the impact to Crestwood position.
· Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external scheduling counterparts, customers, and carriers.
· Create, maintain, and distribute accurate and timely daily movement, inventory, and contract performance reports.
· Understand company order to cash process and scheduling responsibilities in the system to ensure credit compliance, risk and accounting needs are adequately met.
· Assist and complete special projects and provide analysis as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2-5 years of experience required.
· Weekend and evening work required at times due to unplanned business needs.
· Overnight travel may be required.
· Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
· Must be able to work in fast paced, high energy and open environment.
· Must have proficient computer skills to include all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
· Good organizational and planning skills are required.
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
