The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Role-

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amelia AI development with any CCAAS platform preferably NICE CXOne. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our customer experience solutions

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Amelia AI development with any CCAAS platform preferably NICE CXOne.

· Design and implement NLU models using Amelia AI.

· Analyse large datasets to improve model performance and accuracy.

· Develop and implement evaluation metrics to ensure the quality of NLU models using Amelia AI.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

· Design and implement scalable and efficient code to meet project specifications.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Amelia AI development related issues.

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and NICE CXOne updates.

· Document software designs processes and user guides for future reference.

· Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Optimize application performance and user experience.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications

· Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

· Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.

· Demonstrate extensive experience with NICE CXOne.

· Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.

· Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Be familiar with agile development methodologies.

· Show experience in the Information domain is a plus.

· Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.

· Have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

· Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.

· Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality doc
