What You'll Do: As our Night Auditor, you'll be the heartbeat of our hotel during the nighttime hours. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a friendly and warm demeanor, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally. Balance the Books: Perform nightly audits of all hotel and restaurant transactions, balance cash receipts, and prepare accurate reports. Prepare for the Day Ahead: Reset the day's business, prepare the front office for the morning shift, and ensure all wake-up calls are properly handled. Lead the Night Shift: Act as the Manager on Duty, handling emergencies and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night. Communicate and Collaborate: Participate in front office meetings and training programs, and work closely with other departments as needed. Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of our guests and the security of hotel information. Support Operations: Assist with Food & Beverage operations, act as the PBX operator, and take the initiative to perform necessary tasks.
