PART TIME POSITION (1-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK)
The Night Auditor has a variety of responsibilities to include (but not limited to) managing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, typically from 11 PM to 7 AM. This role involves preparing and processing all Night Audit work, registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks. And other duties as assigned by hotel leadership. The position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.Attributes: Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.Why Join Us?
