Night Auditor
Part-Time Description

Join our team as a Night Auditor and play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests. In this dynamic position, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued by providing outstanding service and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Here's what you will be doing:

Oversee the Gallery overnight, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and Food & Beverage operations. Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer. Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier. Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Previous Customer Service Experience (Hotel preferred). Smart Serve Certified. Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong Written and oral grasp of the English Language (Bilingualism is an asset). Ability to Lift, pull and push moderate weight (min 20lbs). Must possess basic computer skills including word, excel. This position requires availability overnight on weekends, and holidays. On average, you will be scheduled for two days a week, typically Friday and Saturday. Previous experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage is beneficial. An understanding of Opera or other Hyatt Operating systems is ideal. Ability and availability to work overnight shifts between 11 pm - 7 am.
