Key Responsibilities Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries. Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety. Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights. Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence. Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Property Information Connected to the city’s indoor footbridge skyway system, this hotel is located in downtown Minneapolis and offers an indoor pool and free WiFi. Every room at Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Downtown provides a 42-inch flat-screen HDTV, small refrigerator and coffee maker. A work desk with an ergonomic chair is also included. 24/7 Gallery Market offers flatbreads, hot appetizers or to-go sandwiches and bottled beverages 24-hours a day.
