Job Summary:  

Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and become fully acquainted with local points of interest. If you have a passion working with guests and providing them an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you! 

 

Job Specifications:  

Housing: May Be Available

Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Hours Available

Other Specifics: Overnight

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Position is overnight and applicant must be willing and able to work alone. Ability to self-manage assigned tasks. Ability to handle all guest issues quickly and accurately. Be the expert on guest billing issues and able to resolve any non zero balances quickly. Applicant must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving overnight in a snowy, high alpine environment. Ability to problem solve complex problems and emergencies that arrive in properties overnight. Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, and provide general information. Professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask and strong verbal communication skills are required. Candidates with prior guest service experience in a fast paced environment preferred. Potential for long term professional development. Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent - College Degree - preferred Valid driver's license - required MS Office proficiency - required Prior front desk experience is a plus. Able to communicate with guest, homeowners, and colleagues with diplomacy and tact Previous knowledge of the Resort is strongly preferred Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Proficient on property management systems (IQware) - preferred Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required

 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
