Classification: Part-Time
Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with potential additional shifts during the week
Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, with opportunity for upsell/incentive pay

The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year customer service experience required
- Previous Hotel experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently with can-do attitude and works well with other team members
- Full availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

What will I be doing?

\n

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAudit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage.\nEnsure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.\nSchedule, assign daily work, inform and train new team members, as needed. \nCheck in and check out guests, as needed. \nAnswer guest inquires, arrange wakeup calls, assist late night guests. \nMonitor overnight foot traffic in the lobby and front entrance to the hotel. \nEnsure the security team is performing the nightly walks around the property and checking in regularly with the front desk. \nDispatch Security to rooms or areas of the hotel with noise complaints, as needed. \n
