The Opportunity:  

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is in search of a talented and experience Overnight Cook that can prepare overnight In Casita Dining meals for our guests up to Four Seasons standards. 

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

Prepare late night orders for In Casita Dining 

Prepare Meals for OVN staff 

Prepare Mis en Place for Breakfast Service 

Set up station for Breakfast 

Assist breakfast as needed 

Who We Look For: 

The ideal candidate will have: 

Cooking school or Culinary Institute experience or equivalent work experience. 

Minimum 2 years of culinary school or work related experience. 

Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position. 

The ability to work on your own and mostly unsupervised. 

Ability to operate all kitchen machinery

Advanced knife skills. 

The ability to multi task and operate in a fast paced environment when necessary. 

The ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift. 

Valid Maricopa County food handler's card. 

Schedule & Hours:

Full Time, 10:00pm - 6:30am
