Night Crew Worker 

$14.50 Starting Pay 

Sunday-Monday & Wednesday-Thursday, 7:30pm - 6:00am

Do you enjoy working with a smaller team of co-workers? We have a full-time, night-shift job opening for an established agricultural processing facility in the Algona, IA area! As a Night Crew Worker, you will work with a smaller team and be responsible for setting eggs, washing trucks and egg traying. If you describe yourself as someone who is dependable and self-motivated, then we would love to consider you for this position! 

Responsibilities:

Setting hatching eggs into incubators (amount is based on customer’s needs) Removing dirty baskets and carts from delivery trucks Washing and sanitizing of the interior and exterior portions of the vehicle Assist production crew with egg traying Other duties as assigned

 Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Frequently Ability to lift up to 30 lbs over the head/shoulders repetitively Must be able to to stand for extended periods of time (10+ hours) Must be able to use hands, wrists and back repetitively throughout the shift Ability to work in a dusty, hot & cold, and sometimes wet environment Demonstrated consistent and regular attendance Must be self-motivated and organized Prior production experience is preferred but not required
