Join Our Team as a Night Lab Processor at Interpath Laboratory in Pendleton, OR!
We are seeking an energetic Night Lab Processor with exceptional attention to detail to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative spirit and a commitment to supporting both our patients and our team’s goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Sample Processing: Receive and process samples efficiently, ensuring turnaround times; maintain specimen integrity and package samples for referral labs; accurately translate physician orders and diagnoses; verify and manage specimen details and perform data entry; assess specimen adequacy with technical assistance if needed; prepare specimens and perform screening procedures accurately.Communication and Reporting: Respond to colleague inquiries and manage instrumentation alarms; print and distribute reports.Operational Duties: Follow daily checklists and ensure timely task completion; adapt to covering shifts and locations as needed; maintain regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance practices; ensure HIPAA compliance and follow Medicare rules for ABNs; monitor the work environment for safety issues.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.We are excited to share with you a short video that shows why the Interpath family is so special. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE *This position is eligible for night differential pay (10%)*
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM *This position involves working a fast-paced overnight shift*
Location: Interpath's primary reference lab; 2460 SW Perkins Ave.
