Then this is job for you!** **Area Residential Care (ARC)** is seeking a DSP that wants to make a difference in peoples' lives. We support individuals with intellectual disabilities, and the direct support professional staff play a role in making sure those individuals live as independently as possible. The Night Monitor will be a **sleep shift** position, but will assist our individuals if needed and will also help them get up in the morning.
