Night Operations Compliance Manager

The Night Operations Compliance Manager (Bilingual Spanish preferred)

Will spend the evening going to visit facilities an evening. They'll walk the facilities to check on the quality and scope of the contractors doing janitorial assignments as well as any other ongoing facilities projects. Then they will send in a report. Is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors. Must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. - in the evenings, alone. Needs to be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.

The hours for this position between 3:00 pm - 11;00pm. Many of our Night Managers work 8:00 pm - 1:00 am. Due to these hours, please note this position requires being out and about in offices and buildings that are closed for the day and unoccupied.

Pay Rate Depends on Experience and Capabilities ($20/hr - $25/hr)

We are seeking a Night Operations Compliance Manager to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.

Essential functions

Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems. Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business. Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message. Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement. Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention. Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use. Other duties as necessary.
