Compensation Information:

$22.29 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Light, work activities involve handling loads between 5kg and 10 kg; Predominately in an Outdoor Setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Accountabilities:

Security of SPRLLP buildings and equipment Complete rounds as directed Ensure compliance with SPRLLP policies within the Staff Housing Complex Issue Fines and Warnings to Staff Housing Residents, as necessary Complete accurate Daily Logs and Incident Reports Maintain and ensure all safety standards and procedures in the workplace Reporting significant safety and/or major repairs which are observed Complete work activities as delegated by the Facilities Manager Winter snow removal as directed

Ideal Candidate:

Physically fit as the job may involve physical labour Ability to work well with the public and promote Sun Peak's image Dependable, reliable, and punctual Familiarity with current Security practices Bondable Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Must submit a valid driver’s license to obtain a driver's abstract Must submit to a criminal record check Ability to work independently and unsupervised
