As a 7-Eleven Night Shift Assistant Supervisor for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee’s guests. As 7-Eleven Assistant Supervisor you will oversee all aspects of franchisee’s individual store as determined by the franchisee.

Each franchisee is an independent contractor and as such may have a specific set of responsibilities for this position.  In general, the responsibilities may include:

Minimum 1 Year of 7-Eleven experience requiredEnsure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee’s guestsDevelop strong vendor relationsMaintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised storePromote 7-Eleven to your guests and communityMaximize sales and profitsIdentify and resolve sales obstaclesManage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls.Please do not apply if you have no experience of working at 7-Eleven.

Franchisees expect all candidates to be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.  Retail/Food Service experience is a plus.
