Shift Starts at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
In This Role\nOperate on a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling\nUse RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment\nUnload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips to ensure accuracy\nPerform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, and report any malfunctions or safety issues \nSafely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy\nIdentify items across various documentation, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings \nFollow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes\nPerform routine checks to identify and address quality issues\nMeet productivity targets while managing resources effectively\nDocument and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process and ensure accurate documentation\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nHigh school diploma or GED required \n2+ years of experience operating forklift equipment, specifically an order picker required\n2+ years of prior night shift experience \nCapable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day without assistance, maneuvering and lifting up to 225 lbs with assistance, and standing or performing physical tasks for up to 8 hours\nContinuously walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and reach in a warehouse environment\nStrong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills \nComfortable working both independently and as part of a team\nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel\nRequired to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours\nMust be willing and able to work overtime as needed\n
