Industrial Maintenance Technician $30-$33hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.This role involves troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment.The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform general facility maintenance and have a strong knowledge of electrical systems.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment.Perform general facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting and repairing walls, and light plumbing.Install, troubleshoot, and repair up to 480-volt branch circuits including plugs, receptacles, and switches.Troubleshoot electrical control wiring on machine tool lathes, mills, grinders, and ovens.Read and follow machine schematics.Work with electroplating equipment and welding as needed.Communicate effectively with team members and management.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lewis Center, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $68650.00

During your first year with us, you will accrue 104 hours of paid time off, in addition to paid holidays and a plant shutdown, that can be taken at your discretion and will be available on your 31st day of employment. Abrasive Technology will automatically enroll you in our 401K with a 3% contribution, unless you opt out of the plan, after completing 3 months of employment. The company will match 100% of your contribution for the first 3% and will match 50% for the next 3% Associates are vested at 100% immediately. After 31 days of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in our comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Tuition Reimbursement is available after 6 months of service.
