What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal operation.Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Proficiency with hand and power tools, stick welding, oxy/acy torch.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial setting.Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Physical demands include lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
