Night Shift Rail Loadout Operator

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate rail loadout equipment to ensure efficient and safe loading of materials.
+ Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
+ Perform routine inspections and report any issues or malfunctions.
+ Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate loadouts.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
**Physical Demands**
+ Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
+ Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
+ Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
+ Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
