Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Night Shift Sanitation Supervisor to join their team. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Team supporting the Operations department. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to think strategically, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Sanitation Supervisor **Location:** Jacksonville, FL Northside 32208 **Pay Range:** $24-28 an hour DOE **Shift:** 4PM until done **What's the Job?** + Ensure that factory sanitation programs are effectively implemented, validated, and maintained to guarantee a sanitary manufacturing environment. + Coordinate activities with sanitation and operations managers to ensure consistent execution of sanitation program procedures. + Administer and manage the factory Sanitation/GMP and hygiene inspection programs, driving continuous improvement. + Provide leadership in hygienic design and zoning review processes for existing and new processes. + Promote quality and hygiene awareness throughout the factory through coaching, training, and participation in communication meetings. **What's Needed?** + B.S.
