**Job Description:** Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Night Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist** for a client in Freehold, NJ. This full-time position will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate loading of products onto trucks and managing product movements within the warehouse. If you are ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Schedule:** + **Sunday to Thursday:** 7:30 PM start time + **Mandatory Overtime** as needed beyond an 8-hour shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Verify loaded items by checking identifying information, inspecting item conditions, comparing item counts, and ensuring proper placement in truck bays. + Communicate any issues related to company property (forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to the night manager. + Address and resolve discrepancies in layered inventory related to quantity or location. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures, rules, and regulations. + Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Strong math, written, and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse and cooler environment. + Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. + Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. + Professional behavior and demeanor. + **Steel-toe shoes or sneakers are mandatory for this role.** **Benefits:** + Competitive pay + Opportunity for growth within the company + Safe and collaborative work environment **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
