THE JOB:
As a Nightclub Promoter at On the Record inside of Park MGM, you'll be at the forefront of marketing and promoting our venues and events. Your mission is to captivate potential customers by strategically disseminating approved information, driving up venue attendance, and nurturing a devoted following through innovative approaches like pass/flyer distribution, networking, dynamic social media strategies, managing guest lists, ticket sales, and offering support wherever needed. THE STARTING RATE: $12.00 Per Hour + Commission


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Strategically market and promote On the Record nightclub events and venue

Utilize various methods such as pass/flyer distribution, networking, and social media marketing to increase venue attendance

Manage guest lists and ticket sales to maximize event participation

Collaborate with sales, promotions, and marketing teams to enhance promotional efforts

Monitor websites, ticketing systems, and social media channels for event updates and communicate effectively with guests and employees

Adhere to a long-term sales plan for customer database development

Distribute venue information internally to all MGM-related departments in advance of events and promotions

Promote management-approved comps, specials, and promotional passes/products to guests and promoters

Attend all applicable trainings, meetings, pre-shifts, and outreach activities with full knowledge of venue operations

Comply with marketing and promotions schedules, including check-ins, office time, meetings, and social media engagement, while updating management on reservations and guest lists


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 21+ years of age

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, networking, or related field

Has prior experience in a comparable resort or nightlife environment preferred

Flexibility to work various shifts as this is an on-call/part-time. Shifts will include weekends and holidays, accommodating the dynamic schedule of our events, which may vary in length
