Beacon Hill Legal's client, a North Jersey based law firm, has an opportunity for NJ barred Foreclosure Attorney to start as soon as possible. This role will require full time hours on a contract basis for a minimum of 2-3 months with the possibility of permanent hire. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years' experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in New Jersey.

Details:

Start Date: as soon as possible.Location: hire will need to physically appear for hearings and court conferences in North Jersey; otherwise, hire can maintain a hybrid schedule or be fully remote.Hours: full time hours during standard business hours (Mon- Fri)Duration: a minimum of 2-3 months, with the possibility of permanent hire.Pay rate: $50-60 per hour

Qualifications:

Full time contract attorney with 2-4 years of experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in New JerseyWill need to physically appear for hearings, court conferences, etc. in New Jersey foreclosure actionsStrong communication skills, hire will work closely with firm attorneys and paralegals and will have direct client communications.Solid academics and superior writing skillsNew Jersey bar admissionPennsylvania bar admission and/ or bankruptcy experience is a plus
