NLCC Project manager & Staff Action Officer Job Category: Consulting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking an experienced Staff Action Officer with Project manager experience. As a Project Manager, you will be recognized as a subject matter expert in administrative oversight of an enterprise-wide technology implementation. You will need to leverage your experiences and expertise while demonstrating an outstanding degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. You will play a vital role in delivering results to our client by serving as a trusted advisor and leader to contract personnel and government stakeholders, as needed. Additionally, you will ensure all key activities executed are within the scope, schedule, and budget of the program. Be a key part of the Pentagon's National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) office helping set DOD policy and tracking of NLCC programs. You will have direct interface with Senior DOD leaders from all services. We are looking for a self-motivated experienced professional that can work critical issues with minimal oversight and stresses attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** + Use interpersonal and prior staff experience to help control and guide a group of highly qualified Subject Matter Experts to complete assigned tasks on time following established guidelines. + Use your strong writing skills to provide project reports, and briefings. + Provide project Planning, Implementation and Oversight: Plan, manage and oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. + Technical Leadership: Lead and manage technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk assessments, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. + Client Engagement: Act as the primary spokesperson and consultant to government and contracting. Additionally, provide management leadership, by providing expert insights and recommendations to advance the project + System Analysis: Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to perform in-depth analysis at all levels of the total system product, spanning hardware/software, concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal + Solution Development: Manage the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that address technical, schedule, and cost constraints. + Innovation: As needed, apply and develop advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to advance project objectives. + Problem Solving: Independently resolve complex issues associated with developing and implementing operational programs. + Strategic Planning: Plan and recommend Research and Development (R&D) programs and technological application initiatives to achieve long-range objectives. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Active TS/SCI required. - Master's degree (MA/MS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline and a minimum of 15 years of total experience in a relevant field, showcasing exceptional expertise. + Proven Project Manager experience to handle multimillion dollar programs. + Self-motivated hard charger that is comfortable with rapidly evolving changes in a highly visible dynamic environment. + Strong writing skills able to provide final executive level briefing slides, correspondence and package reviews. + Knowledge of DOD (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) and the various players that are stakeholders in the Senior leader communications mission domains. + Technical expertise and skills with office products (word, excel, teams etc). + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a customer-facing expert _Desired:_ + Working knowledge of Microsoft Project for the Web + Preferred experience with evaluating systems, requirements, documents, and projects regarding Federal cybersecurity requirements and FISMA controls + Working knowledge of pentagon processes and offices - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
