Job Responsibilities:

24/7 monitoring support for the IoT Network to minimize and prevent identified service impacts when possibleExecute the Incident Management Process, monitor strategy, and identify process improvements to ensure network qualityAssess, draft, and deliver Root Cause Analysis in a timely manner to internal and external customersContinuous contribution to improve and achieve customer and global IoT Business Unit success

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a NOC Engineer, working specifically with the incident management process and incident command.Experience working with Networking protocols: Firewalls, routers/switchesRoot cause analysis/documentationBS Degree is a plus.5G Experience is a plus.
