Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented NOC Manager to join our team! This position offers the opportunity for an energetic and motivated candidate to join a dynamic and growing team that solves our customer’s unique mission needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Manager, Cyber NOC will manage the 24/7 Parsons’ Network Operations Center, leading and directing teams for Cyber & Network Surveillance, Incident Management, and Fault Isolation.The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting of the Cyber, cloud, and mobile solutions platform, quickly analyzing service and system issues to determine and implement corrective actionsThis position will escalate complex issues to Advanced Operations and engineering resources, determine root causes for failures, and develop corrective actions, ranging from configuration changes to new operational proceduresAdditionally, the role will contribute to ongoing process improvements using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to eliminate errors, maximize hardware/software efficiencies, and increase service uptime, ensuring an excellent customer experienceHire and manage a team of NS, IM, and Cyber/IT Engineers and SMEsDevelop and maintain training programs for skill developmentEngage and escalate issues with Advanced Ops, Engineering, and vendors for critical supportDrive automation to reduce MTTR, optimize resources, and improve processesAnalyze KPIs and implement changes for optimal network performanceEnsure network meets assurance KPIs and SLA, and manage outages and emergencies

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Must have a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; CI poly preferred but not requiredBachelor/Master's degree or equivalentMinimum 10 years of cyber operations/Information technology experienceExperience managing Cyber NOC shift environments and troubleshootingOrganizational skills to manage dynamic schedules and team workloads efficientlyGood understanding of Cyber, cloud, mobile solutions functional components and ability to troubleshoot technology issuesStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proactive approach to problem-solvingSelected candidates will be certified through BlackHorse Solution’s Commercial Signature Reduction (CSR) and Cyber Advanced Support Operations (CASO) training.
