NOC Technician-2nd shift
Job Description An employer is looking to add a Network Operation Center (NOC) Technician to their team in St. Louis, MO. They will be responsible for monitoring the network and filtering alerts as they arise. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and hosting triage calls to remediate issues. They will manage high/critical incidents and ensure tickets are fully documented and resolved properly or escalated to the correct person. This person needs to be open to working 2nd shift, Sunday-Wednesday.
