Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a NOC Technician. Key Responsibilities: * NOC Technician will monitor network systems and infrastructure for performance and availability using NOC tools * Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems * Respond to and escalate network alerts, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, security patches, and system checks * Ensure network performance meets established service levels and provide reports as necessary * As a NOC Technician, you will work collaboratively with network engineers and other teams to resolve complex issues * Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions * Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of network outages and performance degradation
