Our client in Monroeville, Pennsylvania is looking for a NOC Technician! We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience in desktop support, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration. Candidates should be skilled in ticketing, triaging, and troubleshooding and should have a basic understanding of networking jargon. In this role, you will be primarily fielding tickets and doing support throughout the day.

Nice to have:

Network Monitoring (PRTG or Solarwinds)Connectwise ticketing- PSA/Manage and AutomateMSP experience

Network alert troubleshootingSecurity alert troubleshootingPhishing emailsGeneral troubleshootingAdmin changes with security groups or file structure groups, and teams groups within Active Directory

Hours / Shift: M-F 7- 4pm (ok if starting later too, such as 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
