Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented NOC Watch Officer to join our team!

In this role, you will get to monitor alerts, emergencies, and other circumstances identified by the government to provide analytic support on identifying threats to the homeland. The selected candidate should be prepared to work four 10-hour shifts per week. 

What You'll Be Doing:

Support an Open Source Collections Team by monitoring sources for information related to alerts, emergencies, threats, or other identified criteria.

Research, assess, and summarize evaluated and previously unevaluated information, discerning between useful and inapplicable information.

Use collected information to create formatted intelligence products and updates. 

Perform duties on-site with the client at the Department of Homeland Security's Headquarters element.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of IC experience or military intelligence and watch experience. 

Associates degree with 4 years of IC experience or military intelligence and watch experience. 

Bachelors degree with 2 years of IC experience or military intelligence and watch experience. 

Masters degree with 0 years of IC experience or military intelligence and watch experience. 

Knowledge of DHS I&A authorities and Intelligence Community Directives.

Knowledge of Intelligence Watch style reporting.

Knowledge of Intelligence Watch warnings and indicators.

Knowledge of writing Situational Reports (SITREP).

Ability to work a 4/10 shift schedule.

Salary Range: 

$61,200.00 - $107,100.00
