Petaluma Valley Hospital, a small 80 bed community hospital in northern California has an opportunity available for a full time Nocturnist, to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. With a flexible no-call schedule, you'll be able to experience unparalleled quality of life in the welcoming community of Petaluma, located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma County, California. * Flexible schedule, 12-15 shifts per month. * Night Shift- 6pm-7am * No call * ICU experience is a plus. Open ICU. * Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available * Residency stipends are available for qualifying candidates * CME days and dollars * New graduates are welcome to apply * Compensation is between $295,021 and $377,352 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
