Our practice is seeking a highly qualified NodeJS Lead Developer with experience in ReactJS, developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Node.js and React.js.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and alignment to project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases adhering to standard processes and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of software solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into development processes as appropriate.
• Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems and third-party services.
• Monitor and optimize application performance identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with collaborators providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.


Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and React.js
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Bill Inquiry Handling with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and standard methodologies for code quality and maintainability.
• Display good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Preferred Certifications: Node.js Developer Certified, React.js Developer Certification in Billing Systems.
